These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://camautosolutionsllc.com) and the automotive repair services provided by Cam Auto Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Cam Auto Solutions provides automotive repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to:
- Advanced Electrical Diagnostics & Module Programming
- General Mechanical Repair & Maintenance
- AC System Diagnostics and Repair (R-134a and R-1234yf)
- Brake, Suspension, and Cooling System Services
2. Estimates and Authorizations
In accordance with California law and Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) regulations:
- We will provide a written estimate for all work to be performed.
- No work will commence, and no charges will be accrued without your oral or written authorization.
- If additional repairs are found to be necessary during the course of work, we will contact you for additional authorization before
proceeding.
3. Parts and Warranties
Parts: We may use new, remanufactured, or used parts depending on availability and your preference, as noted on your work order.
Warranty: Cam Auto Solutions warrants that all repairs performed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months / 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover repairs damaged by abuse, accident, theft, or subsequent repair work performed by another facility.
4. Vehicle Storage and Liens
Completion of Work: You will be notified when your vehicle is ready for pickup.
Storage Fees: Vehicles left at our facility for more than 48 hours after notification of completion may be subject to a daily storage fee of $100.00 per calendar day.
Mechanic’s Lien: As provided under California Civil Code, Cam Auto Solutions has a lien on the vehicle for the sum due for any repairs, labor, and storage. We reserve the right to retain possession of the vehicle until all charges are paid in full.
5. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled via our website or by phone.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cam Auto Solutions is not responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle or articles left in the vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond our control. We recommend that customers remove all personal valuables before leaving their vehicle for service.
7. Website Usage
The content on this website is for general information purposes only.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or price listed on the website without prior notice.
Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
8. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and use your personal information (such as name, email, and Vehicle Identifiers, such as license plate number and Vehicle Identification Number).

9. SMS Messaging Program

Cam Auto Solutions operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers regarding appointments, vehicle service updates, and occasional promotional offers. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Program Description:
By opting in to our SMS program, you may receive the following types of messages:
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates
- Vehicle service status notifications and completion alerts
- Safety recall notices applicable to your vehicle
- Occasional promotional offers and service specials
Opt-Out:
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages from Cam Auto Solutions. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

Carrier Liability:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates:

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Santa Clara County, California.
